Riding From Manali To Leh part 3

For Part 2...

Day 4: Jispa To Pang

Leave Jispa by 6 am . Consider today as your last hectic adventure because if you reach Pang the landscapes ahead are just like heaven.

Remember Jispa is the last spot where you will find phone connection after this there are no network connection (not even BSNL postpaid connections).
Jispa to Surchu is almost 70kms which are the patches where you can find many  waterfalls with freezing cold water flowing naturally cutting your roads so Gum Boots are essential here.
Have lunch at Surchu and depart for Pang. The way to Pang are extreme ghats these are known as and are very famously known as "Ghata Loops". There approx 21 of these loops.
The roads are rough as widening process is going on.
On reaching Pang you have only one option for accommodation that is home stay. The locals there run small shops which provide dinner and they allow you to accommodate by giving u a warm and cozy bed and blanket for just Rs 200 per person.
There finally is a mechanic here at Pang,so Get your bikes all cheaked up.

Day 5: Pang To Leh

Leave Pang by 7:30am . The only struggle left now is the 15 km ghat.As soon as one crosses this ghat the Moore planes of 60 kms awaits you. It is a long stretch of road plane and striaght. Finally now you can Ride the bike at 100-130 kmph speed.
The roads further are very beautiful and easy to ride on.
At Leh I would Recommend you to stay at Sangto Green guest house. The family running this place are just awesome and would guide you for the local expeditions.

The Entire Journey is full of Scenic landscape with terrains of different colors.
There are no pics in the entire post of the journey as I didnt want to give away any " Spoilers".
